This was one of the largest, loveliest, most detailed weddings I've ever photographed. And I'm not just saying that because I have the honor of knowing these two personally.

I have known Duncan and his family through Matt, who grew up very close with them. They are some of the kindest, smartest, bravest, most gifted people you could ever imagine meeting. In the nine years that Matt and I have been together, I have never not known Duncan and Kristen as an item. It's crazy and wonderful to me that today I am sharing their wedding photos.

So, so many people gathered at the Ithaca Farmer's Market to celebrate this day. This couple is loved by an enormous circle of amazing, caring people, many of which had traveled a distance to be there. It was so nice meeting Kristen's family and seeing that she, too, comes from an incredibly warm, funny, and tight-knit group.

I've honestly never seen so many details at a wedding, the entire place was alive with all things that embodied Kristen and Duncan. I give them so many props because I know, firsthand, how much work that involves. Clearly it was worth every second.

This is usually the part where I sign out with some form of well-wishing, but they don't need it. They have achieved so much in life together already, and the future is beyond bright for them both.
